Body Cooling Systems

Ensembles designed to combat the risks associated with excessively high body temperatures, which can increase rapidly when the subject is wearing Personal Protective Equipments (e.g.: EOD bomb suits), when working in a hot atmosphere and/or when engaging in a high level of physical activity.

Two main elements make up the different possible configurations:
– The suit: consisting of a network of tubes through which cold water circulates; the Dual Connector makes it possible to operate the suits with all Med-Eng cooling units
– The cooling unit: which produces and propels cold water through the network of tubes in the suit

Several heat protection vests and suits are available.
