The 3M™ PELTOR™ ComTac™ VIII headset protects hearing and can support auditory awareness of the environments.

Some versions are equipped with a drop cable for connection to a radio via a PTT (Push-To-Talk) device and a noise-cancelling microphone for communication in noisy environments.
