Bullet-Proof Plates

Bullet-proof plates of different types, to be inserted inside the body armor or plate carrier, in order to adapt the level of operator protection to the threat.

Several models are proposed with various levels of protection.
For example, Safariland’s ceramic ballistic insert plate is designed to meet NIJ III and NIJ IV threat levels. It does not need to be worn with soft NIJ IIIA armor.
